3. Initial consultations and pregnancy-related information

Scheduling an initial consultation is free and does not require payment information.

Pregnancy-related questions are used to:

  • prepare for and conduct the initial consultation;

  • understand which services may be appropriate;

  • respond to your questions;

  • determine whether our services are a suitable match;

  • follow up concerning services you requested.

This information is not used for advertising, sold to third parties or made public.

Push It Baby Doula does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency services through this website. Do not submit urgent medical information through a website form, email or WhatsApp. Contact your licensed healthcare provider or emergency services when appropriate.

If you do not become a client, pregnancy-related consultation information will be deleted or anonymized within 90 days after the consultation or last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for security, legal compliance or resolving a dispute.

If you become a client, relevant information may become part of your client-service record and will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services and meet applicable legal or business obligations.

Submitting a testimonial, photograph, birth story or other content does not automatically give us permission to publish it.

We will publish personally identifiable client content only when you provide separate, express permission describing the approved content and intended use.

Permission to publish content is optional and is not required to receive services.

You may withdraw permission for future use by contacting info@pushitbabydoula.com. Withdrawal will stop future use within our reasonable control, but it may not remove:

  • printed materials already distributed;

  • content already shared by other people;

  • search-engine copies;

  • archived or cached copies outside our control.

When possible, you may request that your name be omitted or that only your first name be displayed.
